Copper

Not sure where to put this; but I've only come across this rare and unusual heraldic metal in connection with Canadian heraldry; has anyone else come across it in connection with any other heraldic traditions?

So far, I believe that they have only used it for Ecclesiastical heraldry. I have not heard of it being used anywhere else.

I didn't know that, but it is certainly good to know. I hope it will be available to all petitioners and not just reserved for 'specials'.
