During the latter 1970ies the Norwegian KFUM (=YMCA) Scouts developed District Arms these was presented in the Heraldisk Tidskrift from where I have scanned them. Unfortunately I had made holes in some to put them in my Folder, but you should be able to make the Arms out.

Agder District. Oak is found in the Arms of Vest-Agder Fylke. The Colours of the Arms of Vest-Agder is Vert and Or and those of Aust-Agder is Gules and Or.

Image
Asker and Bærum District. These are the Western Suburts of Oslo and are known for its Hepatica Flowers. They are also a strongarea for the Blues - the Conservative Høyre Party. Hence the Azure Flowers.

Image

It is always refreshing to come across heraldic charges that one has never seen before.

Here we have log-driving hooks which were used by the men responsible for floating logs down-river from the felling sites to the saw-mills. This was by far the most effective way of moving large quantities of logs in the days before roads were driven through the forests and lorries could haul large loads. This was done on my local river, Klarälven (the longest river in Norden) as late as 1991. It was an amazing sight to see the entire river covered in floating logs. Wiki article here:

Interestingly log-driving hooks had a close relative known in English as a pike-pole which has a hook and a spike. Wiki article here:

Note the similarity to the military pike.

One might expect that one or two Swedish communes would feature the same charge in their arms. None springs to mind however.
