Looking at the Municipal Heraldry of Hungary, one instantly are struck by the lack of any consistent rules. There are to be seen supporters, crowns of diffent types, some Arms bears Crests others non, and this without any apperant reason. The Ticture rule is constantly broken and some Arms are more like a logo. This said there is also some quite good Hungarian Municipal Heraldry, and I will some some examples of all kind.
Municipality of Petrivente, har quite good Arms. A bit to many colours perhaps.
Municipality of Gellénhaza, tincture clashes.
A realy bad one, Erdõtelek.

Greater Arms of the Capital Budapest.
Arms of Budapest during the Communist Rule.
The Districts of Budapest also have their own Armorial Bearings, some examples:
1st District.
2nd District.
7th District, Greater Arms.

City of Esztergom, once Capital of Hungary hence the white and red Shield of "Old Hungary".
City of Sopron, strange inclusion of the old seal with inscription.
Another more heraldic version of the Sopron Arms in the Stained Class Series "Cities of the Hungarian Kingdom" in the National Archives, Budapest.
