The area for which this Apostolic Vicariate is responsible is: Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. There is no Roman Catholic or any other Christian church in Saudi Arabia.

The colours of their flags evidently supplying the colours of the arms :
* Bahrain : red and white;
* Kuwait : black, green, red, white;
* Qatar : maroon/purple and white;
* Saudi Arabia : green and white.

It would be interesting to read the official blazon.

Actually, Christians are fairly plentiful, although of course almost entirely expats. In particular, these countries have hundreds of thousands of Filipinos doing jobs that the locals won't or can't perform.

I was not entirely accurate in my comment about there not being a Christian church in Saudi Arabia. There are no church buildings, nor any authorised priests/pastors. There are, as you say, Christians, but they constitute if you like the "church invisible". As HM Vice-Consul in Jedda in the early 70s I organised several visits by CofE ministers (and one bishop), but they came in on visitor visas describing them as teachers. The Americans had someone working at ARAMCO who may have been an ordained minister, but he never left their compound (except to be driven to the airport).

Yes that is of cause correct. The native Christians are I expect not that plentiful if they even excists.
