Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta

Postby GSelvester » 01 May 2020, 23:51

The 8oth Prince and Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and Malta (SMOM) died on April 29 in Rome. The current pandemic situation calls into question how soon after his funeral the Order will be able to convene the Council Complete of State to undertake the election of the 81st Grand Master. The work of the Order continues and for the time being the Order will be governed by the current Grand Commander who will function as the Lieutenant of the Order ad interim.

I know what the armorial bearing of the deceased Grand Master, Giacomo dalla Torre del Tempio di Sanguinetto, look like. The Grand Commander/interim Lieutenant is Ruy Gonçalo do Valle Peixoto de Villas Boas. Does anyone happen to know what his armorial bearings look like?
