The CoAs in the thread Chinese Cardinals are/were of course Roman Catholic. The Anglican Archbishop of Hong Kong, Paul Kwong, has a CoA which is more in the European (specifically English) tradition.

But as far as I can ascertain these are the arms of the Archbishopric rather than his personal arms.

The crown that appears in this version of the arms of the Bishopric of Hong Kong is incorrect. It is supposed to be a Celestial crown, not an Eastern crown. The Scallop shell is also depicted incorrectly in a non-heraldic tincture when it is supposed to be Or.

The Hong Kong Anglican Church (Episcopal) has three dioceses:
Diocese of Hong Kong Island.
Diocese of Eastern Kowloon and Diocese of Western Kowloon. The Archbishop and Primate is elected from one of these and the Most.Rev. Dr. Paul Kwong is also Bishop of Hong Kong Island.

From the official site of the Hong Kong Anglican Church http://www.hkskh.org/:

This (as the Church Arms as a whole showed by Chris), are based on the Arms of the old Hong Kong Diocese (erected 1849): Purpure. a crozier and a key in saltire Or debruised by an open book Argent, bound or all between in chief a celestial crown and in base an escallop both Or. As noted by GJKS the Crown has changed into an eastern Crown.

The Church also has a missionary area in the former Portuguese Macau.
