The Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines largely follows the same heraldic tradition as its East Asian neighbours.
Here is an example, Cardinal-Archbishop Gaudencio Borbon Rosales, whose personal arms are definitely of the "asiatic-religious" variety:
and the arms of the Archdiocese of Manila:
The diocese was founded by the Spanish in 1579, so, not surprisingly, its CoA is traditional. The heraldic sea-lion holding a cross appears also in the arms of the old City of Manila ("intramuros") though the tower and crescent moon is a variation on the city's three-turreted tower.

The arms of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia are of European rather than Asiatic style, the Diocese from which it sprang having been founded in 1595 (though it is not clear just how old the arms are (the tincture issue of green leaves on a blue ground perhaps hint at a modern design):
