Recent Canadian grants now online

The CHA has just added seventy recent grants and registrations of arms to its online register. This is one of them : the standard of James A. Isaacs.
The seventy grants also include several examples of gender equality, and of different methods of cadency.
Mr Isaacs' motto, incidentally, is a French translation of a line from Star Wars. His standard is blazoned as a "standard of two points". Is anyone familiar with that particular description?
