Here is a link to the Chilean Navy's web-page illustrating the arms of their naval vessels and establishments.

Noteworthy is that the arms of the warships include the arms or pseudo-arms of the people whose names they bear (at dexter chief). Thus FF05 "Almirante Cochrane" bears the arms of Admiral Sir Thomas Cochrane, Earl of Dundonald and Marquis of Maranhäo. Appropriately the frigate is a former RN frigate.

Re: Arms of the Chilean Navy
Thomas Cochrane might be considered the Father of the Chilean Navy and the present one ex HMS Norfolk is the fifth ship in the Chilean Navy to bear his name. The fourth was the former RN County Class Destroyer HMS Antrim. The Second went the other way around, she was to be a Battle Ship but as she was under construction in Britain at the outbreak of World War I, she was taken over by the Royal Navy and converted to the Aircraft Carrier HMS Eagle.
As for the Heraldry of the Chilean Navy I think it ranges from the Good to quite awful designs.
