The Bangladesh Air Force uses what seems to be a Loutus Flower on top of their Badges, but no wreath a round the circle. Below the Badge of the Bangladesh Air Force Academy.
The Octagon Form was also used by the Malayan Auxiliary Air Force, here the Singapore Sqn, MAAF:
Today the Repubilc of Singapore Air Force uses Badges crowned by a smaller version of the National Coat of Arms. The Circle seems to be surrounded by palm fronds.
