The green shade is unusual. Is that the "regulation" colour according to law?

I'm not sure how it is regulated by the Bulgarian legislation!

Interesting to see that the Miltary Colours are quite similar to the Ones used during the Kingdom of Bulgaria. Which in turn was inspired by Prussian and Imperial Russian Patterns. The King´s Cypher which was placed in the corner wreaths, have of cause been replaced as Bulgaria today is a Republic. the BA chypers meaning Българска армия (Bulgarian Army).

According to an official Bulgarian government website, http://www.government.bg/cgi-bin/e-cms/ ... =000006&g=, the law on the national flag specifies the green as "#17-5936 TS according to the Pantone-textile scale." The website states that Hex code 00966E is a close digital equivalent, which is equivalent to RGB 0:150:110 and CMYK 100, 0, 27, 41.
The Flag Institute's World Flag Database (which is extremely finicky about accuracy) shows this image for the coast guard ensign. Pretty close, I'd say.
