Attractive design, but the compass rose would show better if it was Argent or Or.

The emblazonment has two shades of gules (or is one of them sanguine?), two shades of azure (or is one of them bleu celeste?) and what appear to be orange, brown, off-white (or is it merman skin colour?) and gray. Add to that the tincture clash between the field and the base and someone has cooked up a bouillabaisse of heraldry.

The tinctures of this image are certainly dodgy. According to the description on the linked webpage, the field is "gules (rojo)", the compass rose is "oro y plata", and the wavy base is "azul y plata".

So the emblazonment is just wrong re: the color of the compass rose, which should be yellow and white on the red field.

Ideally the wavy base should be white and blue, not blue & white; but the artist was bound by the blazon. Anyway, as drawn, the visual mush of red on blue is limited to what could be just a bit of unnecessary fimbriation, with the rest of the white & blue reasonably clear (though if the blazon allows, better with fewer and fatter wiggly pieces).

My Spanish isn't up to much. but as far as I can tell the naval crown (that strange brown and orange thing with a red lining) is intended to be oro, i.e. or.

And the orange book above the naval crown is also supposed to be gold, while the yellowish gun barrels on which the supporters are sitting are supposed to be bronze.
