It is a little different from the official government rolls of arms. For example: I found this as the reasoning behind the symbols
Die Brücke stellt den Familiennamen Bruckner redend dar, der schreitende Wolf symbolisiert den
Wappenstifter, der Kessel steht für eine Hexe, er symbolisiert die Ehefrau des Wappenstifters.


Translated it say: The bridge is canting for the name Bruckner, the wolf symbolizes the founder of the arms and the cauldron is for a witch. It symbolizes the wife of the founder of the arms.
