The first Austrian Federal President (Bundepräsident) I have found a Coat of Arms for is General Theodor Körner (Edler von Siegringen, 1873-1957. He did not use the Noble title). He was president 1951-57.

Arms for Franz Gall's Österrichische Wappen. Sable a Champange? (a pile throuout point upwards) bend inwards Azure charged with a knight in armour bearing three ostrich feathers on the helmet holdinga sword and standing on a tripple mount Vert, issuant from each side of the champange a Eagle Or armed Gules.
Crest A Horse Argent issuant from a coronet Or.
Mantling dexter side Sable doubbled Or and Sinister side Azure doubbled Argent.

Körner's sucessor was Adolf Schärf (1890-1965), President 1957-65. As knight of the Swedish Order of the Seraphim from 1960 he used the following Arms: Gules a pale Argent charged with a Eagle's Head Sable beaked Or and languaged Gules. No Motto. The Red and White colours are taken from the Flag of Austria. The Eagle's head alludes to the State Arms of Austria.

I know of no Arms for Franz Jonas (1899-1974), President 1965-74.

Jonas was followed as President by Rudolf Kirchschläger (1915-2000), President 1974-86. As kinght of the Order of the Seraphim (from 1976) he used the Full Austrian State Arms on a shield Argent.

Kirchchläger was followed by the controversial Kurt Waldheim (1918-2007), who was President 1986-92. He appears not to have had Arms.

Image
Thomas Klestil (1932-2004), President 1992-2004. Followed the practice of Kirchschläger in using the Austrian Arms on a shield Argent when he was made a knight 1997 (his Seraphim stall plate was however not painted until later).

The present President is Heinz Fischer (born 1938), his second term of Office will end in 2016. I know of no Arms of President Fischer.

So Kirschlager and Klestil used the same Arms?

Yes they did, this as they perhaps more wanted to honour the Presidental Office over oneself. Thus they refrained from creating more personal Arms.

Is it not still verboten to use personal arms in Austria?

President Schärf för exemple had no problem with creating personal Arms so I think not.

Do you have any more pictures of the Arms or Stall plates?

Well I do, but the Kirchschläger Stallplate is apart for the wording similar to Klestil's so that one I will leave out. Schärf's Stallplate I will add later.
