Cyan is closer to bleu celeste than azure, and magenta lacks the strength of a scarlet or crimson while tending to be somewhat like murrey.
And while black is an absolute(?), the shade of yellow used can vary a little from the CMYK standard.

When CMY “primaries” are combined at full strength, the resulting “secondary” mixtures are red, green, and blue.
Mixing all three gives an imperfect black, so four-color printing uses black ink in addition to the subtractive primaries.

Torsten, as a journalist I am familiar with the use of CMYK combinations to produce other colours, but when I read what you had written about CMYK, what came to mind were the four basic colours.
