Identification Request - Possible Knight of the Garter
The coronet seems to be that of a British duke. The garter is probably that of the Order of the Garter. I found it on a book by an England-based Italian (Giuseppe Baretti).

I think these are meant to be the arms of the 2nd Marquess of Stafford KG (Leveson-Gower), who became 1st Duke of Sutherland shortly before his death in 1833.

Q4 is meant to be Bridgewater (the 1st Marquess' second wife was a Bridgewater).
The 2nd Marquess of Stafford was created a KG in 1806.
