Irish Peerages
Is there any reference, online or in book form, that lists the holders of Irish peerages? Both Northern Ireland and the Republic, if possible. Thank you.

The Cracroft's Peerage website includes Irish peers :

Re: Irish Peerages
versions of Debret also list them but probably only the ones who also hold an UK, English or Scots title.

Re: Irish Peerages
All Irish peerages pre-date the 1922 division between what is now the Republic and the North, and I don't think that actual residence in Ireland or even any significant connection to Ireland was required to receive one. While a few are medieval survivals, most of these were created as a cheap way for English/British governments to reward supporters without enlarging the English/British House of Lords. So trying to divide the holders up between the two portions of the island would be fairly pointless.
The Wikipedia article on the Peerage of Ireland has what seems to be a comprehensive list of the extant Irish peerage titles.

Re: Irish Peerages
One should also note that there is a difference between an Irish Peerage, a Peer who is Irish and a British Peerage with a title derived from an Irish name.
