I really have to stop browsing my local used book store, because I always leave with books. Today I picked this up for a few dollars. I have the larger Heraldry : Sources, Symbols, and Meaning by the same author, but I cannot help myself.

I got mine at a second hand shop too! The other one I have by him is "Heraldry; Sources, Symbols and Meanings".

I have that as well. I think much of the content is the same, but I like having both copies.
