Can you tell us a bit about their origin Ryan? Where can they be found? Who would have used them - I haven't tried to research the CoAs, but one at least seems to be non-royal.

These ones are in Vienna, but they represent various provinces of the low countries. From top to bottom: Hainaut, Glere, Brabandt, Flanders, Antwerp, and Namur. Antwerp is claimed by the House of Orange, the rest are part of the Burgundian inheritance, which would explain why they are in Vienna. Hainaut is Holland and Flanders quartered, not sure why though.

That is because the count of Hainaut was family to counts of Flanders and Holland. The counties were sometimes in personal union such Flanders-Hainaut and later Hainaut, Holland and Zeeland. The HHZ came to house of Bavaria and after that Burgundy and through marriage to the Hapsburgs. Emperor Charles V was count of all four which had the strange effect that he as count of Flanders, being Holy Roman Emperor, owed allegiance to the King of France but later he struck a deal with the French King to get out of the situation.

The Arms represent Hungary, Capetian Anjou, Jerusalem, Aragon, Valois Anjou, Lorraine and Bar. The Capetian Anjous ruled among other places Hungary and Naples. The last Valois Anjou intermarried with and were made heirs of Anjou Naples, and ruler Lorraine and Bar. They never did rule Aragon, In fact, they lost Naples to Aragon. The house of Lorraine that went on to rule Austria were the succeeded Valois Anjou when they went extinct.
