Arms of the Smolensk Oblast, approved 10 December 1998. The Shield shows the Arms of the City of Smolensk.

Arms of the Tambov Oblast, approved 27 March 2003. The Shield shows the Arms of the city of Tambov.

Arms of the Tomsk Oblast, approved 29 May 1997. The Shield shows the Arms of the city of Tomsk, symbolising the Horsebreeding in the Area.

Arms of the Tula Obalst, approved 10 December 2000 and again 24 November 2005. The Shield shows the Arms of the City of Tula, symbolising the great Weapons Manufacturing Industries of the City.

Arms of the Chita Oblast, approved 21 December 1995. The small Shield shows the Arms of the City of Chita.

Arms of the Chelyabinsk Oblast, approved 8 January 2002. The Camel is taken form the Arms of the City of Chelyabinsk.

Arms of the Tyumen Oblast, approved 15 April 1996.

Arms of the Ulyanovsk Oblast, approved 3 March 2004. The Shield shows the Arms of the City of Simbirsk, which was the birthplace of V.I. Ulyanov AKA Lenin. Following his death Simbirsk was named Ulyanovsk in 1924.

Arms of the Vladimir Oblast, approved 20 January 1999. It is identical to the one approved for the Vladimir Guvernorate on 8 December 1858.

Well glad to hear that you can see the Pictures again, Chris. Did you find out why you couldn't see them?
