Thanks Chris. I guess that, with the orle of oak saplings, the arms allude to her work in supporting the development of young athletes, including many Olympic contenders, particularly through the Mary Peters Trust. Nonetheless...

I don't like it, for me it doesn't work visually. Ten trees is way too many, and they are too small.

It also makes sense just to put the medal around the shield like an order.
