Having bought all 4 volumes of Dictionary of British Arms. Medieval Ordinary it is now available online:

Volume 1: Anchor to Bend

Volume 2: Bend to Chevron

Volume 3: Chief to Fess

Perhaps I'm missing something, but all I get on these links is a one-page description of the Volume, with no link I can see to the actual content.

There should be some "buttons" to the top right of the page giving you the option to "Download Book" or "PDF Viewer book".
