Indeed - I bought my copy of the 1953 coronation programme at our local second-hand bookshop many years ago.

In digging further into the use of dominion emblems at coronations, I find that they were also embroidered on the armillae (royal stoles) with which Kings George V and VI and Queen Elizabeth II were invested, on Queen Elizabeth's gown and velvet train (1937) and on Queen Elizabeth II's gown (1953) and possibly her train too.
