Forensic and legal? Wouldn't a better blazon be: a SERPENT Argent in the pose of a figure eight with the head eating the tail and the sword laced through the loops laying blade against the head? :lol:

I'll leave to those better versed to apply the proper heraldic terminology.

Well Edward I think the "Legal" part of the name is taken care of by the Scales and the Swords, both carried by Justitia.
