The Lyon Court is publishing a series of virtual tours of the Lyon Register on on its blog. To date, Volumes 1 (1672-1804) and 2 (1804-22) have been covered. Volume 1 is short on illustrations, but volume 2 more than makes up for that. The image of Sir Walter Scott's arms (above) comes from the tour of Volume 2.
