This is an excellent resource and gives us an insight into the wording of grants and confirmations. A hint perhaps of what the records of the College of Arms might be like since we are unlikely ever to have anything but a mere glimpse upon invitation; I have only been privileged to have a few moments of supervised time in the Library of the College of Arms when visiting Thomas Woodcock, Norroy and Ulster, to discuss my own grant and it is highly unlikely that their records will ever be made public in such a way.
