Email requirements
I'm trying to change my email addy since I will not be with that provider for much longer, but I've tried 2 other email addys and I get "that email cannot be used". Would someone point me too the email protocols with a link? Thanks.

I have only ever had a Hotmail account and have never had any problem.

Re: Email requirements
Well, Mr. Green, you ARE the President of the IAAH, so I would think you could use any email provider you wanted. But that doesn't help me much. The email addys I've got are; Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail(which I rarely use), and an ancient AOL account I use as a spam trap. I tried the Hotmail and the Outlook, but both were rejected. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Glad you noticed! However I wasn't when I started and Hotmail has worked since day 1.

Chris, I am afraid that your rather helpful comment has simply added frustration to the problem. However your email address was accepted does not alter the fact that Hotmail accounts (and others) are on a banned list and I can't un-ban them (I have tried and failed). The only suggestion I have is that outlined in the original sign up information; the user must use another address such as the one provided by their ISP.

Re: Email requirements
I can only tell it as I see it. If Hotmail works for me, it should work for others. I and many others have no other e-mail account. Who needs two?

Re: Email requirements
Martin,
I too have only Hotmail, does it appear that only new signups are affected?
