So there is, according to one American family at least, a new country in Africa, the "Kingdom of North Sudan". It even has a flag.

Interestingly, though at 800 square miles considerably larger than Hutt River, no-one has yet come forward to claim to be the heraldic authority for the new "Kingdom". Shame really. The Heatons could have done with a bit of help with the flag.

There are some official national flags which are much, much worse.
Given that the population of the "Kingdom of North Sudan" seems to be somewhere between 0 and 0.1, I think that an heraldic authority might not be necessary.
