Arms: Per Pale to dexter Vert a Castle triple-towered Argent masoned Sable each Tower bearing a Flagpole flying the flags of the United States of America Puerto Rico and the Cross of Burgundy respectively on a Base wavy Azure three Barrulets wavy Argent to sinister per fess in Chief Argent two Bends Or fimbriated Gules overall a Lion ancient rampant Sable in Base Gules a Tower Or masoned Sable co-joined to dexter with a Scaling Ladder Or debruised by an Armoured Knight proper climbing up half way.

Crest: On a wreath of the colours a Plume of three feathers Vert, Argent and Gules.

Symbolism: The triple towered castle over waves of water represents Morro Castle in Puerto Rico, a place near which Capt. Sánchez was born. The flags represent: in the centre Puerto Rico, the country where he was born; to dexter the United States of America, the country that he serves in the USAF; to sinister Spain, the country that discovered the island of Puerto Rico, represented by the cross of Burgundy which was the Spanish military flag from the 16th century up to 1843.
