Maltese grants of arms gazetted

The recent legislation governing the Maltese heraldry authority requires the Chief Herald to publish details of grants and registrations, for public information. He published the first notice a few weeks ago, on 22 April. The gazette contains all the application forms, as well as details of the 57 arms and badges granted and registered during the two years that the Office operated without any statutory basis. No images of the arms, unfortunately.

I wonder why Brady Brim De Forest felt the need to seek a grant from Malta. He already has one from LL.
